Youth Ministries

 Our children are our legacy. They’re constantly reaching for the future and are most likely to live up to what you believe of them. Believe in your children like God believes in YOU! Show our children the way, the truth and the light! Children are the living message we send to a time we will not see. Let THIS generation be the ones to carry on our God and share the truth with others like no one has before!

Our youth at First UMC Belen are a vital part of Summer Vacation Bible School and Sunday Children's Church. They assist the elementary age children with things like Arts and Crafts, Games, and music as our youth leaders. 

 Special events are held throughout the year. We have gone on summer camping trips,, skiing, Summerfest, Youth Retreats and so much more! We've gone on special Mission trips where we share the Word of God and ourselves in the service. Some of our past trips have been to inner city Los Angeles, Puerto Rico, El Paso and to the Navajo Nation! 

To help defray the cost of our camps and Missions Trips, We hold fund raisers throughout the year. We do car washes, yard sales, pancake breakfasts and more!  We'll announce our next fundraiser soon!
